Pet Piv is waiting for you

The summer is looking promising for the Fort Mill area, particularly in Baxter Village. Our good friends from Fish Market contacted us to help them out with an amazing project idea. A new beer garden and wine bar.

The travertine patio bar, Pet Piv, which literally translates from Czech language to English as Five Beers, offers a chic casual place to hang out with family and friends.

This great outdoor patio is surrendered by 18’’ high garden walls that complements the area perfectly, making them a great option to be used as additional seating space, when needed.

The travertine tile, a natural type of stone, continues trending in Charlotte and surrendered areas. The beautiful classic Ivory color offers a clean, serene vibe to any space. And its bright color is great for small spaces making them look larger and sophisticated.

This project also features an important drainage system, necessary to keep the area well aerated.

When planning your patio project do not neglect this step as it is necessary to prevent soil erosion, which later on can cause damage to your landscaping.

A proper drainage also avoids standing water that can bring the annoying mosquitoes, and it can stop water damage to the foundation of your property.

For a consultation do not hesitate to contact our team of experts at Cervenka Masonry. We will be happy to schedule a time to meet with you to discuss your options and ways to improve your outdoor area, correcting water issues due to an improper drainage system.

Don’t let water put your investment at risk. Call us today at 704-249-8055, or send us an email to cervenkavit@gmail.com.
